If you don’t have the manual, this site provides other ways to find the part number. One way to search for a part number is by knowing the model number of the equipment and the make and model number of the engine along with any spec number that appears on the engine (if applicable). Enter the model number into the model number field on the screen to view a list of part numbers for that model. When you find the correct part number, enter it into the part number field on the screen where again you will see information about the part and have the option to order the part. Lastly, if you don’t know the part or model number, you can find this information by clicking on the “Our Easy Guide” Start button under the Model Number field where you can select the type of equipment you have, the manufacturer of the equipment, and then the model number where you can click to see the part number listing. Once there, either click on the part number or enter the part number into the part number field.

different places on the equipment depending on the
type of equipment you have. Generally, part or model
identification tags are located in areas unlikely
to need replacement, even after years of use.

Depending on your location, you will receive your order in 4 to 9 days from the time we ship from our warehouse. (See Shipping below.) We do not offer Next Day or Second Day shipping on our items.
SHIPPING
Shipping Charges per Total Order Cost Shipping Charges apply to the lower 48 states only. We can ship to AK and HI but the order must be phoned in and special shipping charges do apply. In some rare cases shipping charges will be higher based on the item’s size, for example: decks, baggers, etc.

Please note: to receive the shortest shipping time available, please place your order by 12:00 Noon, Eastern time so your order can be processed the day it is received. Otherwise, your order will be processed the next business day.
RETURNS
This return policy applies regardless of whether you bought the part(s) through www.homedepot.com or on the phone from one of our Customer Service Center representatives.
All damage and shortage claims should be made within 30 days of delivery. If the parts or package is damaged upon arrival, you have the right to refuse the order. If your shipment arrives and it is not complete, please contact our toll-free customer service center number at 1-888-443-7278 to replace the order. If you are eligible to receive a refund, credit will be given within 48 hours of receipt of the parts at The Home Depot warehouse which from the part was shipped (if it is in acceptable condition). Credit will appear on the original credit card within 1-2 billing cycles.
